GOLD, GLASS AND "REDBONE"

Daniel Glass and team Glassnote are celebrating the Gold certification of Childish Gambino’s “Redbone.” The track, which got another boost recently via its inclusion in Jordan Peele’s smash horror film Get Out, was the lead single on Gambino’s acclaimed set Awaken, My Love!, which has earned breathless praise from peers like Pharrell (“genius”) and Questlove (“I can’t even form the proper hyperbolic sentence”) as well as an array of critics. The “virtual reality vinyl” edition of the album comes out on 4/28, and Childish will be among the headliners at NYC’s Governor’s Ball on 6/3.
